SiTime, a leader in precision clocks, recently announced the launch of SiT9396/7, a new family of automotive oscillators based on SiTime's advanced MEMS technology. With a 10-fold increase in elasticity, this new differential MEMS oscillator ensures reliable operation of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in extreme road conditions and temperatures. The introduction of the new automotive oscillator, the AEC-Q100 SiT9396/7, expands the total target market for SiTime services by $50 million.
SONY offers the new EV9500 series in three different models, each based on a 4.17m pixel 1/1.8 STARVISTM CMOS image sensor.
