Silanna Semiconductor has released the world's first buck converter Power IC to feature intelligent power sharing. The new SZPL3002A buck converter IC has a built-in USB PD/FC port controller that will significantly lower the number of components required to implement 65W fast charger and adapter applications, offering up to four ports.
Silanna Semiconductor has released a new ACF-based reference design that simplifies and speeds the development of 33W 1C fast charger applications created using silicon power FETs. This new device contains everything an engineer needs to be able to prototype and create a fully functional charger with low running and no load/standby power consumption, minimum number of components, BOM cost and size. Delivering a power density of 22W/ INCH3 (unpackaged), the device has a peak efficiency of over 92% and a no-load power consumption (@230vac) of less than 20mW.
Selig now offers the Euroquarz 18EQHM32 series of oscillators. Compared to many standard oscillators, these oscillators provide superior jitter performance with a period jitter of ±100ps. Specifications include a frequency range from 12.5mhz to 42MHz, and the series of oscillators are RoHS compliant for a wide range of non-time critical applications
