Available at 300 mA LDO, the NCP703 provides engineers with very stable, precise voltage, ultra-low noise and very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) for RF applications. Because noise-sensitive RF applications, such as power amplifiers in satellite radios, infotainment devices, and precision instruments, require very clean power sources.


The device does not require any additional noise bypass capacitors to achieve ultra-low noise performance. To optimize the performance of battery-operated portable applications, the NCP703 employs dynamic Iq management to achieve ultra-low static current consumption and excellent dynamic performance under light load conditions.
