The new 150W charger that comes with the device is the most powerful member of the new ultra-fast smartphone charger category supported by GaNFast Power IC.
Claimed to be the fastest and most powerful commercial charging solution in the industry. Powered by the Dimension 8100 chip, the RealMe GT Neo 3 features up to 150W OF UDCA, advanced thermal management and battery protection to provide cool, long-life operation.
Measuring just 58mm x 58mm x 30mm (101cc), the charger achieves an excellent 1.5W/cc power density. The availability of a 150W charger, centered around the GaNFast power integrated circuit, allows users to take advantage of this technology to charge a mobile phone battery from 0-50% in just 5 minutes
