Pin Configuration and Functions
The LMZ10503EXT accepts input voltage rails between 2.95V and 5.5V and provides adjustable high precision output voltage down to 0.8V. 1-MHz fixed frequency PWM switch provides predictable EMI characteristics. Two external compensation components can be adjusted to set the fastest response time while allowing the choice of using ceramic or electrolytic output capacitors. Externally programmable soft-start capacitors facilitate controlled start.
