Texas Instruments DRV3256-Q1 Auto-class grille drive unit (GDU) is a highly integrated three-phase grille drive for 48V automotive motor. This device is specifically designed to provide a gate -drive current with 2A peak pull -ups and 2.5A peak irrigation currents, as well as 90V MOSFET transient transient agent support to support high -power motor drivers. Efficient self -lifting architecture can minimize power loss and spontaneous heat of grid drives. The charge pump allows the gate driver to support the 100% PWM duty cycle control.
Texas Instruments DRV3256-Q1 has various monitoring, diagnosis and protection characteristics, and supports a stable motor drive system design. The highly configured active short -circuit (ASC) function supports the integrated selected external MOSFET to respond to the system failure quickly. This feature does not require external components. It can provide three or one low -side diversion amplifier to support low -side current detection of resistors.
