TDK-Lambda's CUT75 series triple output thin 75W AC / DC power supply. The CUT75 series is based on a dual converter topology, supports zero minimum load operation, proper regulation, convection cooling, and provides 500VAC isolation between 5V and secondary output, thereby simplifying system configuration.
There are two standard models of CUT75 series: CUT75-522 provides 5V and ± 12V output voltage, and CUT75-5FF provides 5V ± 15V output voltage. Both can be configured as dual output power supplies (5V / 24V or 5V / 30V).
Compared with the previous generation TDK JWT75 power supply, the design size of the CUT75 series unit is reduced by 64%, the weight is lighter, and the efficiency is increased by 85%. The CUT75 series has a universal operating input voltage of 85 to 265VAC, with 500VAC isolation between 5V and the secondary output. The user can adjust the 5V output from 5V to 5.25V. Both CUT75-522 and CUT75-5FF are convection cooled, and the operating temperature range is 20C to 70C ambient temperature (appropriate derating is above 60C). The standard features of the CUT75 series include overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection, and neither power supply model requires a minimum load. To simplify system configuration, output 1 of CUT75 series is isolated from outputs 2 and 3.
The CUT75 measures 3 x 5 (x 1) inches, complies with EN55011 / EN55022-B, FCC-B and VCCI-B, and IEC61000-4-2, -3, and -4 according to EN / UL / CSA60950-1 5, -6, -8, -11 exemption and safety certification. It is also approved by the third edition of IEC60601-1 (2xMOOP) for medical applications and is designed to comply with ANSI / AAMI ES60601-1. Both models have a TDK-Lambda 3-year warranty and carry the CE mark according to LV (Low Voltage) and RoHS2 directives.
