Omron's G3VM MOSFET relay is an industry leader in solid-state relay technology. It uses input LEDs in load switching currents, PDAs and MOSFET chips used as photocouplers. The relay is not only maintenance-free, but also has high-speed operation and compact size, which further promotes the replacement of mechanical relays. The company is expanding its broad product range from a new package known as the industry's smallest grade to its high current, high dielectric strength and high sensitivity models. Many models of relays are made of molded resin for high sensitivity. The high dielectric strength type uses a black package (black mold resin), of which the dual-mode structure can achieve high dielectric strength.
