DG9414 is a single 4-to-1 multiplexer and DG9415 is a dual 2 x 1 multiplexer. It is a single chip CMOS simulator piece designed for high performance low voltage operation. Combined with low power consumption, high speed, low on-resistance and small physical size,the DG9414 and DG9415 are ideal for portable and battery-powered applications that require high performance and efficient use of board space.
Pin arrangement
Both DG9414 and DG9415 are manufactured based on the Vishay Siliconix low pressure BCD-15 process. According to Method 3015.7, the minimum anti-static protection is 2000v. Epitaxial layer prevents latching. DG9415 Ensure that the system is broken before it is finished.
