Silicon Labs SI7034 humidity and temperature sensor including analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, calibration data and I²C interface. Low-K polymer dielectric for humidity sensing makes SI7034 low drift and low hysteresis.
The factory calibration data for the SI7034 sensor is stored in non-volatile memory to ensure that the sensors are fully interchangeable without the need for calibration or software changes. Applications include mobile smartphones and tablets, consumer electronics, HVAC / R, respiratory therapy, white goods, asset and cargo tracking, thermostat / humidifier, microenvironment / data center and indoor weather station.
