ADI's 16-bit pseudo differential successive approximation register ADC provides high precision, high speed and low power consumption. The ADC operates with a single 1.8V power supply from 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These high-throughput SAR ADCs can accurately capture and extract high-frequency signals to achieve high SNR. ADC has the ability of daisy chain ADC, and can work in the temperature range of -40C to 125C. These SAR ADCs include an SPI-compatible universal serial interface, with seven programmable modes and an optional busy indicator.
The AD4000 / AD4004 / AD4008 SAR ADC is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V and 5V logic using independent power supply VIO.
