The RT9193 is designed for portable RF and wireless applications where performance and space requirements are stringent. The performance of the RT9193 is optimized for battery powered systems to provide ultra-low noise and low static current. Available in SC-70-5, SOT-23-5, TSOT-23-5, WDFN 6L 2x2 and SOP-8 packages. Noise bypass pins can be used to further reduce output noise.
Typical Application Circuit
The voltage regulator grounding current increases only slightly in dropout, further extending battery life. The RT9193 also uses low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of circuit board space required for power applications, which is critical in handheld wireless devices. The power consumption of RT9193 is less than 0.01μA in shutdown mode and the fast startup time is less than 50μs. Other features include ultra-low voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
