AMS further meets customer needs with the introduction of the OSLON UV 3535 series of power UV-C leds that offer longer service life, greater power output and easier system integration,With its compact design, leading efficiency, and superior quality, OSLON UV 3535 leds are ideal for consumer and industrial applications such as water purification, air conditioning system kill. The typical output power of the SU CULDP1.VC model is 40mW when the driving current is 185mA, and the SU CULEP1.VC model is 75mW when the driving current is 350mA.

The innovative package design incorporates a reflector, eliminates the need for a cover glass, reduces optical loss and improves highlight output with an electro-optical conversion efficiency of up to 3.7%. The reflector collects the chip's radiation and reflects the light at an Angle of 120°. The product comes in a standard size of 3.5mm×3.5mm. Since there is no cover glass or lens, it is convenient for system developers to flexibly use standard UV-C lens and optimize light output.

New OSLON products SU CULDP1.VC and SU CULEP1.VC have excellent service life depending on the application. The package includes an ESD protector and a transparent dielectric coating that acts as a protective element, helping to improve the robustness of the LED.
