COSEL Co, Ltd, has launched 1000W free air convection cooling power supply, AEA1000F series. For demanding applications, the series delivers 330% peak power for up to 3000 milliseconds. Suitable for safety applications with en62477-1 (OVC III) industrial application standard certification, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1 3rd Edition medical application certification.
The device is ideal for floating body (BF) applications and meets safety requirements of 2MOPP (IN/OUT) and 1MOPP (OUT/FG).The device layout is optimized for free air convection, making it ideal for use in equipment operating in a low noise environment.
For low harmonic current distortion, the device uses active PFC and LLC resonant topology for the switching stage, deploying the latest generation of power semiconductors with typical efficiencies of up to 95%. For extra power, it can be connected in parallel, up to six units. In parallel, by modifying the output voltage of the "master" unit, the "slave" unit automatically adjusts its output voltage to be equal.
It is optimized for convection cooling and can operate in the ambient temperature range of -20C to +70C. Depending on the assembly method and ventilation used in the final equipment, volume reduction can be carried out as specified in the technical documentation.
The range comes with a full five-year warranty and complies with the European RoHS, REACH and Low voltage directives.
