The TLV733 Series Low-voltage drop Linear Regulator (ldo) is an ultra-small, low-static current ldo that delivers a 300 mA source with excellent line and load transient performance. These devices provide a typical accuracy of 1%. The TLV733 series is designed with a modern capacitance-free architecture, ensuring stability without input or output capacitors.
Removing the output capacitance allows for a very small solution size and eliminates the inrush current at startup. However, if output capacitors are required, the TLV733 series can also be stable using ceramic output capacitors. The TLV733 also provides folding current control during device power-on and is enabled when the output capacitor is used.

This feature is especially important in battery-powered devices. The TLV733 provides an active pull-down circuit that quickly discharges the output load when disabled. The TLV733 series is available in standard DBV (SOT-23) and DQN (X2SON) packages.
