The MIC5305 is a high-performance 150mA LDO regulator that provides extremely high PSRR and extremely low noise while consuming low current. Ideal for battery-powered applications, with 1% accuracy, extremely low voltage drop (60mV @ 150mA), and low ground current (typically 90µA) under light loads. Equipped with a logic-compatible enable pin, the MIC5305 can enter a zero off mode current state, generating no current when disabled.
Typical Application
The MIC5305 is also a µCap design that uses very small ceramic output capacitors for stability, thereby reducing the required board space and component cost. Available in both a fixed output voltage and adjustable output voltage in an ultra-compact 6-pin 2mm x 2mm MLF lead-free package, the new ultra-thin 6-pin 2mm x 2mm Thin MLF and thin SOT-23-5 packages. Additional voltage options are available.
