The LK112 is a low drop linear regulator with a built-in electronic switch. Internal switches can be controlled by TTL or CMOS logic levels. When the control pin is pulled to the logical high level, the device is on.external capacitors can be connected to noise bypass pins to reduce the output noise level to 30µVrms.the internal PNP pass transistor is used to achieve low voltage drop.
The LK112 has a very low resting current in on mode, while the Iq drops below 100na max in off mode. Internal thermal shutdown circuit limits junction temperature below 150°C. Load current is the output condition for internal monitoring and device shutdown where short circuit or overcurrent exists.
