Infineon OptiMOS 5 power MOSFET is designed to meet the requirements of improving system efficiency while reducing system cost.
Compared with other devices, these devices have lower RDS (on) and quality factor (RDS (on) x Qg). They are designed with new silicon technology and are optimized to meet and exceed energy efficiency and power density requirements. Typical applications for these MOSFETs include servers, data communications and client applications in the computing industry. They can also be used for synchronous rectification of switching power supplies (SMPS), as well as motor control, solar micro-inverters and fast switching DC-DC converter applications.
