Holtek launches a new generation of Arm® Cortex®-M0+ BLDC motor control dedicated integrated microcontroller HT32F65540G, which integrates MCU, LDO and three-phase 48V Gate-driver, which is very suitable for products with 2-Shunt FOC in small PCB space, such as air Purifiers, DC floor fans, exhaust fans, duct fans and related products that require mute effects.
The frequency of HT32F65540G is up to 60MHz, and the main resources include Flash 64KB and SRAM 8KB. Built-in 3 comparators, 2 operational amplifiers, 2 1Msps SAR ADCs, and powerful peripheral functions such as MCTM, GPTM and hardware divider for 2-Shunt FOC control. The communication interface is configured with UART/USART/I²C/SPI, and with 6-channel PDMA and CRC-16/32, it can improve the immediateness and security of communication. The Gate-driver also integrates a bootstrap diode with under-voltage, over-temperature and shoot-through protection mechanisms for the upper and lower bridge arms.
The HT32F65540G package adopts a 48-pin LQFP-EP, with a maximum of 26 GPIOs. It has high integration and high cost performance. It also provides the HT32F series brushless DC motor development platform, which can speed up customer product development and evaluation time.
