The FLS−XS family combines power mosFeTs with quick-recovery body diodes, high-side-door drive circuits, precise current-controlled oscillators, frequency limiting circuits, soft start, and built-in protection. The high side door drive circuit has the ability of common-mode noise elimination to ensure the stable operation and good anti-interference. Mosfets' fast recovery body diodes improve reliability against abnormal operating conditions while minimizing the impact of reverse recovery.
Pin Configuration
The use of zero voltage switching (ZVS) greatly reduces switching losses and significantly improves efficiency. ZVS can also significantly reduce switching noise, which makes a small scale electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter possible. The FLS−XS series can be applied to resonant converter topologies such as series resonant, parallel resonant, and LLC resonant converters.
