PREMO has released its new 11kW 3DPower solution, an innovation that can reduce volume by up to 40-50% compared to current discrete industrial solutions for the same power management. A full bridge LLC transformer 150µH + resonant choke 25µH is incorporated in one unit.
Most power converters on the market have transformers, resonant chokes and output chokes. Each component has its own design, core, winding and cooling solution.
These components share the same magnetic core and have two orthogonal magnetic fields at all points within the core. And it was the first product to integrate two magnetic components
The company is developing a 22kW solution. The design can be fully customized according to customer specifications. The unit provides an aluminum radiator that acts as a direct thermal interface to the cold plate. This is a cost saving solution that is also available with 7kW
The series complies with the AEC-Q200 and other more stringent customer automotive supplier standards. This green solution has been thoroughly tested under actual operating conditions in the company's laboratory.
