Epson - Programmable voltage-controlled oscillator with LVPECL outputs (VG7050ECN)

Epson's Programmable Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCXO) has an LVPECL output. The VG7050ECN is a low jitter fractional n PLL that can be tuned with a resolution of 2ppb from 50 to 800MHz. Low power (<90mA) and integrated phase jitter below 0.3ps rms (12kHz and 20MHz). The VG7050ECN uses basic crystals for reliable operation, including startup at low temperatures. The VG7050ECN has four default frequencies that can be selected via two pins. The frequency can be reprogrammed via the I2C bus. The VG7050ECN is powered by a 2.5V or 3.3V power supply and is available in a 7mm x 5mm x 1.5mm 10-pin ceramic package. Operating temperature is -40C to + 85C. Typical applications include SONET / SDH, OTN, GbE and Fibre Channel systems.
