Diodes AL5890 has temperature stability and current accuracy. Adjust ± 2.0 mA (typical) over a wide range of voltages and temperatures. The AL5890 has a variety of fixed output current options, eliminating the need for external current to set resistors, and creating a simple drive solution for a series of leds. The AL5890 supports the high side and low side drives of the LED chain. When AL5890 is turned on, the voltage between input and output is greater than 7 V. Long LED chain is suitable for working voltage up to 400v, which is limited by package heat. The AL5890 has thermal folding protection, which improves the safety of the system at high temperatures. It comes in heatproof PowerDI 123 (Type B), SOT89-3L and TO252-3L packages.
