The Digi IX30 delivers edge intelligence in an industry-leading rugged design for a new level of reliability and flexibility. Digi IX30 and Digi Remote Manager® form an all-in-one solution for remote machine and sensor monitoring in industries such as power distribution and automation, as well as oil and gas production, water utilities, smart cities and outdoor signage.
Digi IX30 is powered by Digi Remote Manager and Digi Accelerated Linux Operating System (DAL OS). Digi RM is the command center for the intelligent network, enabling businesses to efficiently configure, deploy, monitor and manage tens of thousands of mission-critical devices and assets from a single desktop, tablet or smartphone. DAL OS with Digi RM enables programmability of edge smart applications, interoperability of legacy serial devices/protocols, and MQTT Sparkplug B. These capabilities provide critical connections between devices and sensors in the Industry 4.0 ecosystem, allowing users to experience a high level of safety, control and performance.
One solution for public or private cellular network application requirements
The Digi IX30 provides high-speed performance for public, private and hybrid network deployments, supporting licensed spectrum and CBRS Band 48, enabling migration between multiple networks in a single SKU. Future versions of the Digi IX30 will support Anterix Band 8 as well as Anterix Active certification, providing both public and Anterix private cellular network support.
Battle-tested in harsh environments
Dijin has designed its entire Industrial (IX) product line to meet high performance requirements in harsh environments over a wide temperature range. The Class 1, Division 2 (C1D2) and ATEX approvals of Dijin products make them suitable for use in environments where potentially explosive gases, vapors, dust or fibers may be present, while their DIN rail mount design allows them to be easily installed in field containers and cabinets .
Higher-density I/O options, edge intelligence, and full functionality for global deployments
With the largest number of analog and digital I/O and serial ports, rich protocol support, and versatile integration options, the Digi IX30 makes it easy to manage a large number of legacy systems from a single device.
The Digi IX30 features dual Ethernet ports and GNSS, and supports remote sensors, with four analog and four digital inputs and outputs. With its new Python programming implementation, the Digi IX30 solution supports interoperability with legacy serial devices/protocols, bringing greater reliability, simplicity and security to edge computing.
