Provertha's Flexlock is a new patented locking system for d-Sub all-metal enclosures. The patented dual locking system offers both a traditional screw locking mechanism with krasled screws, combination slots, and inner hexagon keys and the innovative Quick Lock push-pull locking system. In addition, there are other locking options: sliding locks and locking systems with pluggable nuts for cable-to-cable connections. Users can now choose between several different locking systems in the D-Sub hood series depending on application requirements.
The company offers users d-Sub systems with a high degree of flexibility to lock device interfaces and "loose" cables or cable connections. Zinc die cast enclosures are suitable for the very harsh conditions of industrial automation and control cabinet construction at temperatures between -55℃ and +90℃. Nickel plated surfaces provide an attractive visual appearance for applications where good appearance is essential.
Shockproof and shockproof D-Sub fasteners according to EN 61373 can be completed in a matter of seconds with one hand operation without auxiliary tools using the locking system. Sound and tactile feedback ensures safe locking. As a result, assembly is much faster than standard screw and sliding locking systems. The existing D-Sub unit interface can be easily converted with low-cost locking pin groups to help Lock the Quick Lock housing. Several lock-pin versions are available for this purpose.
The new hood is available as a individually packaged kit that can be assembled directly on site. However, they can also be supplied in bulk packs for a large number of cable assemblies.
