Apacer has launched its latest industrial 3D NAND micro-solid-state drive SV170-μSSD in response to the growth of global industry data traffic. Their device is a breakthrough that integrates both the controller and flash memory on a single chip, minimizing the size and better meeting the requirements of network equipment, industrial automation monitoring, defense and smart vehicle equipment.
The device is smaller in size but larger in capacity, with various capacity options from 30GB to 120GB.
The 3D NAND flash memory and the controller chip are integrated in the same package through the SiP process. The device size is only 16mm x 20mm x 1.4mm (according to JEDEC MO-276), the maximum read speed is 560MB / S, and the maximum write speed is 460MB / s with SATA III 6Gb / s interface. Complying with the US military standard MIL-STD810G, this device has the characteristics of shock resistance, slimness and excellent IOPS performance, making it a highly stable, heat-resistant, shock-resistant and energy-saving solution under the most demanding industrial conditions.
