Technology Cover
Date de Parution: 2015-11-24, Analog Devices Inc.
ADI's dual-channel digital isolators, ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 series, feature iCoupler technology and combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology to achieve superior performance. The ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels with various channel configurations and data rates up to 25Mbps. They operate on either side with a 3.3V or 5V supply voltage, are compatible with low-voltage systems, and implement voltage conversion on the isolation barrier. Typical applications include size-critical multi-channel isolation, SPI interface / data converter isolation, RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485 transceiver isolation, digital fieldbus isolation, hybrid electric vehicles, and battery monitoring.
