The FAN5067 is an ACPI switching controller for the Pentium IV platform. It is controlled by PWROK, SLP_S3 and SLP_S5, and provides 3.3V or 5V Dual and VADJ Dual outputs for SDRAM or DDR, providing 200mA minimum base current for external NPN transistors. The on-board precision low TC reference achieves tight tolerance voltage regulation without expensive external components.
